Ankush Sethi

Managing Director, BioXcel, India
Ankush Sethi is the Co-founder and COO of BioXcel. He plays a strategic role in spearheading and upscaling BioXcel and its subsidiaries’ operations globally. He brings to BioXcel over a decade-long experience in business management, operations, sales, and marketing, as well as expertise in expanding value-driven business operations, such as resource planning and client relationship management. His experience and in-depth knowledge have helped him to effectively start operations of BioXcel and its subsidiaries in the US, Europe, and India. Ankush supports the ongoing global operations of BioXcel & its subsidiaries and helps evaluate & build new opportunities.
Dr. Himani Sharma
VP, Corporate Strategy & Innovation, BioXcel India
Dr. Himani Sharma is a marquee leader in developing first-in-class analytical tools and AI-based platforms at BioXcel. She adds more than 15 years of rich experience in strategic consulting, target and medication discovery, and the development of AI-based systems. She played a pivotal role in collaborations dealing with identification of novel druggable targets for drug development, the mapping of future prospects, and life cycle management through reformulation and repurposing utilising real-world data. At BioXcel, she oversees the scientific, clinical, commercial, information technology, and data science departments. She has been at the forefront of creating disease-specific algorithms to identify solutions that fulfil unmet requirements across major therapeutic areas. She holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India, and has earned several accolades from organisations like UNESCO, IUBMB ASCB, and HUPO.
Rajeev Tandon
AVP, Operations
Mr.Rajeev Tandon holds an exemplary experience at BioXcel India wherein he is responsible for overseeing different arenas of business happening, internally. Having an unmatched leadership quality, he is the Assistant Vice President holding considerably 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Within his vast experience, he has successfully integrated himself and worked dedicatedly handling operations ranging from Business Operations, Sales & Marketing, Advisory, Projects and Client Handling, Training Programs in addition to Business Development. His roles are akin to countless arenas at BioXcel India where he has strongly managed the staff and other acquaintances. With his unmatched devotion to work and in direct combination of day-to-day strategic approach, in a nutshell, Mr.Rajeev Tandon keeps ease of track for assessing the victory and room for improvement for the company.

Miss. Neha Singh is a highly proven HR Lead professional at BioXcel India for over more than 15 years now. Being one of the most valuable assets to the company, ever since 2007, Neha has never taken a step backward when it comes to showcasing her dedication towards work. Her aura and commitment to work has brought a sustainable change which has inspired us to further positive outcomes. Her politeness, empathy, and in-depth insight within pharmaceutical industry is absolutely impeccable wherein she has ensured the system has been successfully running smoothly and efficiently by her, for over years. She has not just remained an HR to recruit members but has been actively involved in developing corporate business plans, devised various strategies, and monitored work and performance adherence to the internal policies of the company. With her excellent knowledge and thorough interpersonal skills, BioXcel India has been able to meet the needs of the customers well and has aligned the business objectives in place.
